Their Everything’s Included® program means just that: homebuyers get all the most sought-after extras, like shiplap and stainless steel appliances, included in the price of their home. Here in the Lowcountry, more specifically in the Charleston and Myrtle Beach area, Lennar's been building homes since 2001 and are now the first builder in South Carolina to offer solar and Wi-Fi certified smart communities. They currently have more than 6,000 happy homeowners, and are already one of the area’s largest builders.
We've partnered with Lennar to help them double down on what they do so well and drive awareness, leads, walk-in traffic, and ultimately home purchases in their 30 regional communities. Through Adwords, Bing, Facebook, email campaigns, and other digital mediums, we're helping them reach more homeowners than ever before and reach their quarterly and annual sales goals.
For each of Lennar's communities, we crafted a unique identity system that helps tell the story of the community's place and one-of-a-kind lifestyle.
We're also complementing our digital efforts with print ads, billboards, direct mail, and newspaper stories to ensure that Lennar and its growing family of communities are ever-present in the hearts and minds of homeowners across the Lowcountry.
