Interesting to follow Brand Advocacy 08….an experiment by online anthropology consultancy MotiveQuest. They’re analyzing online conversations (various social media formats) about the presidential election and using their Online Promoter Score to predict who will win the upcoming prez election. The tool was initially created to measure the connections between online brand advocacy (chatter) and sales. Everyday you get an updated score…and list of the top 10 words associated with each candidate.
The candidates’ faces can also change daily, depending upon whether they gained or lost advocacy that day.
