Playing For Change

Saw a nice story last night about the Playing For Change: Peace Through Music movement. Started by Mark Johnson, it’s a community of artists and people that are connecting people through music. They’re working to build music schools across the globe, cranking out documentaries, preparing a CD/DVD for release in 09 and launching an online community to share the music and ideas.

Here’s one of their featured songs/cuts, performed by 37 musicians from 5 continents….all mixed into one track. A great example of “connected” content.
