Get in on the Girltalk

We launched a new site for Girlology last week.

Started by Drs. Melisa Holmes and Trish Hutchison, Girlology is a wonderful program that helps make growing up a little easier for girls.

Through a series of talks, classes and books, they arm young girls (and their Moms) with age appropriate, medically accurate information about the changes taking place as they hit puberty… and offer a forum for exploring questions and issues that help girls better understand their bodies and feel empowered to make healthy decisions, all in a fun, cringe free environment.

The site is fun and engaging and geared to girls 8 – 15 and their moms. Take a look around, sign up for a class or join the conversation on the blog.
