Factory Shell

If you’ve been to our offices at the Cigar Factory recently, you’ve probably noticed quite a bit of activity in the parking lot. We now have a bobcat, a backhoe, and occasionally 8+ Charleston-area fire trucks at any one time (that usually only happens at night). Scott, project manager for the CF redevelopment effort, invited us up to the 5th floor of the main building to view the demolition that’s occurring inside.

Our friends at Hook used to occupy this space. Brian and I looked for the old painted wall + logo that the crew created but apparently that had already been packed up and sent to the Smithsonian’s legends warehouse.
