We are always astonished to learn about all the unique businesses we have right here in our backyard—so when we learned about Bourne Group, a North Charleston-based company that designs, develops and installs maritime industry interiors and signage, we knew we wanted to help them wade into uncharted waters when it came to their new website.
During our brand strategy sessions, we immediately realized that Bourne Group does so much more than design and install signage. Yes, they do that—and they do that extremely well. But really, they are building environments, crafting experiences and connecting people across the globe. They are constantly elevating the maritime guest experience, saying yes to every challenge. So we wanted their website to reflect that—the beauty and innovation of their work, their personalized service and global reach. The result is a design that not only mirrors the movement of the ocean, but most importantly, lets Bourne Group’s work speak for itself.
Upon launching their new site, Bourne Group, along with the rest of the world, was hit with a whole new challenge: the COVID-19 crisis grinding operations in the cruise industry to a halt. However, in true Bourne Group fashion, they said yes to pushing the envelope once again, pivoting their operations within a matter of days to produce protective face shields and other safety products to assist our frontline medical workers—proving that when it comes to this company, the possibilities truly are endless.
