Trust = Shared Beliefs + Authenticity

Another good presentation from Simon Sinek, this time on the topics of trust, beliefs, authenticity and meaning. It’s 30 min, but it’s good perspective for people and organizations.

I agree with a lot of what Simon says, and you should check out his book for more. Above all else, it comes down to a fundamental truth about marketing and business today. When you believe strongly in something worthwhile and share it with the world through your outputs, you don’t need to chase customers around. They’ll chase you around. That is, in fact, the only approach that really works.
