[ TC ] Film Review: Dead Snow

Looking for a good movie this weekend to curl up on the couch with a bowl of popcorn?
Do you like movies about Zombies? How about Nazis? How about BOTH?!

Well, Theodore’s got you covered.

In this 2009 film release from Norway, Død Snø (Dead Snow), starts as your run of the mill horror/scare flick. Young adults going out to some remote location for a weekend of partying…and weird things start happening. It eventually devolves into a over-the-top, obviously fake gore, B-Style movie.

The great thing about this one is, it includes:
a) Zombie Nazis

b) Snowy, Remote locations (think Hoth from Empire Strikes Back)

c) Jenny Skavlan – Norwegian model eye-candy

Overall, if you’re a fan of B-movie/zombie flicks: Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, even Texas Chainsaw (i know, not zombies), you’ll enjoy this one.
