Sustainable Living in Charleston

Not sure about you, but I hate driving by the newest residential development and cringing at acres of clear-cut land. Even better is when the developer saves that one scrawny tree in the middle – as if to say “look, we saved a tree!”

That’s why we’re thrilled to launch the official Web site Oak Terrace Preserve, a sustainable, “green” community in the heart of North Charleston’s Park Circle area.
