Say Hello to Kristina

This week we welcome Kristina O’Connell into the Blue Ion family. Kristina is interning this summer as a Producer, Usability Guru and all-around contributor. She hails from Richmond, VA and brings some interesting skills to the table…as she’s one semester shy of wrapping up her masters in Human Factors at George Mason in DC. What’s that you ask? (I had to ask). Human Factors is the study of the way humans relate to technological systems, with the goal of improving the experience for end users. Whether that technological system is a coffee maker, an iPhone, an airplane dashboard or a shiny new website. Human Factors can be defined even more broadly than that….but human/technology interface is the part that we’re excited about. Greetings Kristina, we’re happy you’re here.
