Refresh CHS Presents Marius & Maria, Oct 20

In partnership with AIGA SC, Refresh Charleston has pulled together an event for October 20th that features two great presentations and a chance to hang with colleagues while enjoying a beverage or two. The event will be held here on the stage at Blue Ion, and doors open at 5:30 pm.

We’re particularly excited to see that one of our favorite humans beings ever will be doing one of the presentations…Marius Valdes. We know Marius from waaay back (shared an office and a lot of laughs above a jewelry store in downtown CHS), he’s a great designer and artist, is the kind of professor you wish you had in (art) school, and above all else is an awesome guy. So join us in celebrating all things Marius.

Also on the ticket is Maria Fabrizio, an illustrator, designer and author who runs an interesting blog called Wordless News….an article featured and linked each weekday, accompanied by one of her illustrations.
