Noisette a Top 10 Neighborhood

Congrats to everyone involved with the Noisette community project for its ranking as one of Cottage Living magazine’s top 10 neighborhoods in the US. From the main development at Noisette and the Navy Yard, to the neighborhood projects at Mixson and Oak Terrace Preserve, to the renewal underway along East Montague…the vision that was once considered by many to be a pipe dream is coming to life. The community still has a long way to go to realize its full potential and vision, but there’s no denying that an energy and positive vibe is in the air. That’s a credit to the innovative thinking behind the plans and the participation of the residents. And further recognition from experts like Cottage Living will only strengthen the movement.
