New Kid on the Block

Today we launched a relatively small site for a very big project. Among the first commercial properties sparked by the Coleman Boulevard Revitalization Project, the Boulevard is a mixed-use apartment and retail community taking shape in the heart of Mount Pleasant – perfectly located between the beach and downtown.

We developed the site for our friends at the Beach Company and it was a pleasure highlighting the things we love best about a part of town that many of us call home; walkable streets, charming neighborhoods, and proximity to great restaurants, the harbor, downtown and the beach.
