First Time Homeowner – DIY’er

Welp, I’m one step closer to becoming an old man: I’m officially a homeowner. I bought a little piece of paradise with my girlfriend West of the Ashley , a little 2-story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house on a 1/4 acre lot. After 28 years of renting (and living at home before college), we figured it was time to bite the bullet and take the next step into adulthood.

The home is in pretty great shape, but there are still a few DIY projects to be done. And as any old man would do, I wanna share our projects!

Conclusion

Overall, this has been a really fun process. I never realized how much hard work went into day to day projects around the house, but it makes me appreciate everything so much more!
