Bear With Me

Our own RP rescued local artist Kaysia Grow’s “Gummy Bear” from certain landfill doom and in the process become the proud owner of some of the most impressive yard art around. Built from a metal screen and rebar frame, Gummy sports fur made of gum balls (from sweet gum trees). Getting Gummy from his sad little spot behind the sculpture studio to Casa Prioleau required a hand truck, a bit of strategy and brawn: enter Jake, Greg, Zach, and Nic. And, of course, photographic evidence: thanks, Josh! Congrats to RP on an excellent art purchase. We can only hope that Robert’s coon dogs Floyd and Lester take kindly to Gummy.
